Wendy Crawford is from Winamac, Indiana, where she was raised in an entrepreneurial family. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Retail Management from Purdue University, with minors in Organizational Leadership and Accounting. Upon graduation, Wendy interviewed at a family-owned luxury jewelry store and, during a phone call with her parents, her mother reminded her of a childhood dream of owning her own jewelry store. Wendy accepted the position, and over the next fifteen years, gained invaluable experience in areas ranging from sales and inventory management to employee relations, business operations, and accounting. This role provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and the management of a multimillion-dollar business.

After marrying and becoming a mother to her 11-year-old daughter, Harlow, and 7-year-old son, Penn, Wendy prioritized her family. However, when the opportunity arose to return to the professional world with Luxe Financial under more flexible terms, the timing was perfect. Wendy reconnected with Lindsey, with whom she had worked closely in the past. Her passion for financials, organization, and time management makes this a natural fit.

 

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her family at the ice rink, on the golf course, at the lake, or on the tennis court.
