Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Management from Southern Utah University. She brings a wealth of experience from owning and operating multiple businesses, including a jewelry store where she managed bookkeeping, inventory, and a successful EDGE software conversion. Additionally, she served as a Business Outreach Liaison for Southern Utah University's Entrepreneur Department, fostering valuable connections and empowering aspiring entrepreneurs.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Shannon enjoys family time, caring for her two dogs, and outdoor adventures.
